Allergy testing?: Probably not. Corn is what you eat, as in corn-on-the-cob. Being allergic to corn would be a food allergy. Pollen is the stuff that's blown around by the wind, and thus would be a respiratory allergen. A test for corn pollen is unlikely to be linked to an allergy test panel for food allergens like corn.
