Doubt they're real: Some people's skin, blood or whatever is such that it reacts as if you were allergic when you are actually not, or not significantly. I think your allergist will tell you that the real test is whether you have a reaction, and how you feel when exposed to what. The testing is an adjunct. You may one of the uncommon poly-allergic folks, but do not limit yourself needlessly.
