Pills to make breast: NONE WORK! Best to wait till 18 years of age to consider saline implants. If desire silicone implants by FDA guidelines must be 22 years old.

Waste of money/time: You will get the same effect if you howl at the moon at night. No kidding. Some OTC products contain hormones that can cause transient changes in you breast, but they will disappear over time. You will have whatever your genetic makeup gives you unless you have surgery to enhance them.
