Dr i am 23 and diabetic ... i cant do push ups properly help me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Proper push-ups: Back in inline with legs, knees slightly bent, hand just outside of shoulder-width apart, and elbows tucked back just a bit. Head forward. Then raise and lower yourself slowly, two second up and two second down. If that's too tough, put your knees to the ground, keeping your back in line with the backs of your thighs.
