Urban myth: There are some systemic fungal infections, such as histoplasmosis, coccidioidomycosis (valley fever), and acute bloodstream infections that usually are rapidly fatal if not treated. However, the notion of chronic candidiasis or other chronic "systemic" yeast (fungal) infections is an urban myth. The symptoms you mention are not due to yeast or fungus of any kind.
