Sinusitis treatment?: The overwhelming number of sinus infections (98%) are caused by viruses for which we basically have no antibiotics. A good ENT can irrigate your sinuses. You may also have some anatomical issues (a tiny osteomeatal complex). See a good ENT about your sinus issues.
