Possibly: There are breakdown products of cigarettes that can be found in urine for some time after use. However, I am not aware of anyone that actually looks for them outside a research center. They are usually looking for cannabis or other drugs, unless your court documents add this to the items studied.

Maybe: You will need to discuss this with your attorney. They may or may not screen for tobacco use. You can also lie and claim it's passive smoking -- this might work. I have an idea -- since you're a dad, and since smoking is really bad for you, and since any level of smoking invites progressive addiction -- why not just stop? For your own sake, and because you love your kids.
