You probably can't: Some women are prone to develop multiple cysts here, just as some men are prone to get dozens of these on the scrotum. It's probably genetic but the gene hasn't been found. They are a nuisance but not dangerous. Ignore them or have them removed -- your choice. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Best wishes. Curious to know if any other physicians here know ways to manage this condition.
