Zika? Dengue?: It should clear soon, but there's nothing to speed it. The main thing is to avoid pregnancy for the next few weeks or months, in case you have Zika virus; or discuss with your doctor immediately if you are pregnant now. Use condoms for sex for a while; Zika can be transmitted sexually (so far only male to female, but might go the other way; better safe than sorry). Ask doctor about Zika testing.
