Get Eval: There are several causes of dizziness, and often it is mutifactorial, so you need to get seen adn evaluated by a physician. Vestibular causes are the most common and often a rx medication like Antivert (meclizine) can be tried to alleveiate dizziness/vertigo. But as stated, you should get checked out. Best wishes.
