DIZZINESS: To answer your question, i need to know what is the cause of your dizziness, if you were checked by your physician, what he or she told you about the cause of your dizziness. The answer can be simple as you just need to improve your eating or drink more fluids and have a better sleep. Mild anemia, low blood pressure, low blood sugar may be the cause.

Yes you do: You're describing a medical condition....Dizziness. And the answer depends on the cause. If the cause is an ear problem, the ear doctor will have to answer the question. If the cause is low blood sugar, the answer is to eat. If the cause is dehydration, the solution is to drink. If the cause is low blood pressure, then the cause of that needs to be investigated....Etc. Etc. Etc..

Completely sure?: Dizziness can come from many causes -- some serious, some less so. You say you have no medical conditions, but have you actually had a medical evaluation for this dizziness? I mean no disrespect, but i just want to be sure. For certain causes, there are exercises your primary care or ENT physician can suggest, that will help. Certain medicines can cause dizziness also. (see comment).
