Hard to say: Your cream contains both a cortisone (which nonspecifically suppresses inflammation even from an infection) and an anti-fungal. Thus it is hard to tell as to which ingredient had worked for you. If this problem keeps on returning, it'd be wise to ask your doctor to check this out for you.
