Hello my friend drank hot soup and her throat and chest burn(mostly her chest). what should we do?

Pharynx/esophageal i: How long ago, The condition is very serious. She should go to an emergency room, stat. She most probably has burned the esophageal mucosa, and also the wall, which has leaked contents into the chest. Requires an MRI, an upper endoscopy; pharynx, esophagus, stomach. assess severity of the burn. swallow contrast, look for leaks into the chest.
