Possible GERD: Get examined and evaluated for GERD or gastritis with reflux. I suggest starting on PPI therapy such as OTC Nexium or Prilosec as well as antacids like Mylanta or Maalox.

Hard to say: May be acid reflux, side effect of a medication, yeast infection of mouth and throat, etc.. best to have it checked by a doctor.
