Its not a contest: What's better for your health, great sleep, excellent nutrition, or a positive outlook on life? Answer: all of the above! (i don't mean to be snarky). There is no level of tobacco or heroin that's ok. Alcohol is a different story, but it's not clear whether there is a 'healthy' amount, or if drinking a small amount does not worsen your health risk. Heroin and tobacco are both highly addictive.
