Is she going through: puberty at all? Any other medical problems? You can try a benzoyl peroxide lotion/cream in the spots where the pimples are, as long as she doesn't have very dry skin. You should also have her pediatrician check it and make sure it actually is acne, not a dermatitis, since that treatment would be different.
