Right side of my abdomen is hurting; not to bad, but cramp kind of pain. it happened after vomitting several days ago. should i be worried..?

Pain: If the pain is in your right lower side and you are male, possibilities include your appendix and maybe a kidney stone. The right upper abdomen is your gallbladder. Make sure your private areas are normal. Testicles can twist. If the pain is in 1 area and it hurts to touch this area, be assessed. All the best.

See a Physician : Pain in the right side of the abdomen could be a sign of appendicitis. If the pain is persistent have it checked out as only a physical exam will help to make sure the diagnosis
