I had a cerebral angiogram two days ago. now i am experiencing pain, bruising, swelling, and a large hard mass at puncture site. should i be concerned?

Hematoma: See your doctor about this , it sounds like you leaked blood at the puncture site. Usually it gradually goes away but should be checked to be sure nothing worse is going on.
