Leg injury: Sometimes it takes a few days for a bruise to present. If you are having increasing pain and troubles weight bearing, you may need an XR to make sure you didn't injure a bone. All the best.

Leg injury: What was the original size of the bruise? You need an X ray of the leg, some to to examine your wound, feel the ankle and foot pulses. You may have or not an infection, and the severity of the pain may require a controlled analgesic, which I cannot prescribe. See a Dr. to do a physical, feel pulses, examine the wound, do a CBC, X Ray, rule out fracture

Be seen : A bruise is basically occurs with bleeding into the soft tissues, so if it has tripled in size you sure would be well suited to be seen and thoroughly evaluated.
