I was prescribed predisone for a ear infection, can i just take the initial dose of 60 mg and not the following doses if it makes me too irritabile?

Why?: Usually antibiotics are used for an ear infection. Is there some additional problem? Ask your prescribing doctor who has seen you. All the best.
