conceivably, due to consequences of soft tissue enlargement. Unless there is some hidden genetic or polyendrocrine syndrome agenda, acromegally would not be among the first things most would think of. In any case a normal IGF-1 level can be relied on to eliminate the possiblity of excess growth hormone.
