Symptoms?: One cannot diagnose a disease based on lab tests alone. Yet the tests suggests that you are prone to have an autoimmune disease. Suggest you consult a rheumatologist if you have symptoms. Having said that it is unusual to have a positive DsDNA and negative ANA. The workup will be guided by your symptoms and physical findings.
