What is shuttle?: Unfortunately I do not know what kind of game shuttle is! if i did i would be able to see a connection with your knee pain. Does it involve sitting for long periods or squatting up and down or flexing your knees one and over? Let me know so that i can help you. Sorry for not being hip enough I am 49 and have no idea what it is you do!
