Ear blocked: It depends on what you mean by home remedies? Nasal saline is good for nasal and eustachian tube congestion. Mucinex (guaifenesin) or Mucinex (guaifenesin)-D OTC can be helpful, as well. If it persists or worsens at the 7 day point, then need to consider seeing doctor.
