Good thing: Sleep is best physical relaxation god for every thing you need 7--8 hrs sleep. Wt loss some times you feel tired so rest is good.

Stress: Lack of sleep is stressful to the body. When your body is stressed, your adrenal glands make more cortisol which shifts your metabolism into low gear and makes sure you store any unused food energy (calories) in your fat cells. Adequate rest lets your metabolism run at its normal rate, so that you burn more calories.
