Sounds like: it could be a PINCHED NERVE in your spine (L4-L5) disc! This produces a REFERRED pain into your HIP/GROIN Just a thought! TRY Putting some HEAT on your back and RESTING for a day or so!/taking IBUPROFEN 800mgm very 8hrs Speak with your PCP as soon as practicable! Hope this helps! Dr Z
