Constant cramping in my pelvis severe pain and uncomfortable and pain so bad cant move sometimes ?

Some questions: When during cycle does this occur? Premenstrual or during period ? Or does this pain occur completely independently of menses? How long has theis been going on for- a day or two Or is this a chronic pain pattern? Is this constant or intermittent?
