Im taking althea just to reduce my pimples (recommend by my derma). i want to ask if it has side effects that will make me infertil in the future?

NO: Birth control pills do not cause infertiltiy. The most common cause of infertility is a sexually transmitted chlamydia infection--so make sure all partners are screened. The pill does not protect against STI. If you have had issues with irregular periods, and take the pill to regulate them, then you may go back to that when you stop the pill, and the irregularity can cause some fertility issues
