Thiamine: Vitamin B1 (thiamine), can be detected in the body within an hour, but there is no known half life so it is unclear how long it will stay in the body. It's metabolized by the liver and excreted through the urine. If taken no more than 300-600mg over the course of the day, usually in 2 divided doses of 150-300mg twice daily, you should be fine.
