Headaches: You are right that you should limit the use of NSAIDs (non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs) to the minimum possible. However, when taken with lots of water and/or food, Advil (ibuprofen) 200mg tabs, can be taken 200-800mg every 8 hours as needed each day. But again, limit it to the least amount needed for effectiveness.

Sure: Sure with moderation & watch out for stomach (ulcer) issues with prolonged usage, but interesting trigger (winter time) that could be induced by stress etc.
