Anxiety: From what you are saying, it appears you are having an anxiety attack or panic attack. Does anything help you feel better? Does anything make it worse? On the other hand, Is there any shortness of breath or any chest discomfort? Are you on birth control pills? Any family history of blood clots?

See answer: You're describing common symptoms of a panic attack which can occur "out of the blue." That said, there are medical factors that can also cause your symptoms. See your pcp for proper diagnosis and guidance. If all points to panic/anxiety attack, ask for referral to a mental health professional. See: http://teenmentalhealth.org/learn/mental-disorders/panic-disorder/ I hope this helps.
