See a doctor: If this pain has been going on for some time, and you have a negative pregnancy test then it is unlikely you are pregnant, but you need to be examined and see what is causing yourpain. Your doctor will ask about your bowels, and your urine, and then examine to see if you have any cysts on the ovary, that your IUD is in the right place etc.
