No: If she is behaving as she normally does that is great. Most doctors view a temp of greater than 100.4 F or 38 C as a fever. If they're no localizing signs - I.e. Difficulty swallowing, coughing, pulling at the ear- just keep observing and she will almost certainly return to her normal state. You should read an article called "Fever Phobia" written 40 years ago. Still valid point!
