Head rush,, chest/ba: Insufficient information: Is it constant and progressive? Fever, sneezing? Are you experiencing shortness of breath Do yo have retro sternal pain. Do you notice bulging neck veins? You need to see a primary DR, have a full physical. CXR, EKG, cardiac ECHO, MRI of the chest. Then perhaps a cardiologist.
