You have to be: a "detective" and provide additional information about what you are DOING...what REPETITIVE MOTION YOU DO at home or AT WORK to result in spasm of these muscles. You may want to consult with a HAND SPECIALIST who may order an EMG/NCS test to see how the nerves/muscles in your wrists/hands are working! Hope this helps! Dr Z
