EMG, really?: I am a bit perplexed as to why a 25-year-old who sounds otherwise healthy with a chief complaint of arm or shoulder heaviness would be getting an electrical study of the limb. Noted are moles and nevi in your history. Maybe you are leaving out some other information that would be of help? Otherwise, with that particular symptom i would've predicted a very normal outcome to your studies as well.

Any MRIs? any pain?: "heaviness" can result from rotator cuff injuries. Coordination problems can also mimic heaviness and can result from central nervous system issues. Obviously problems like this can range from something completely benign, to something significant like ms. If you have had ncs/emg studies done, you're obviously in with a neurologist or someone else specialized in evaluating such conditions.
