You may have: an infection or irregular spotting. Sometimes it is hard to determine where the little bleeding is coming from, since it could be either from the urethra (opening where the urine comes out) or the vagina. If it continues to happen, then you will need to see a healthcare provider who can determine the source of the blood and perform proper diagnostics.
