Pain UNDER: and BEHIND ear may be due to INFLAMMED/ENLARGED LYMPH GLANDS! This may come from an EXTERNAL OTITIS (infection outer ear/canal or from some VIRAL INFECTIONS (Classic = German Measles) Hope this helps! Dr Z
