Needs to be checked: Dull ache in breast and behind the breast in the left chest at age of. 24 can be musculoskeletal in origin ,may be related to esophageal reflux and may be anxiety related.if it continues get it checked by your doctor as treatment will depend on clinical impression or you may need some tests like X-ray or ultrasound etc.
