Yes: As long as the beta HCG is rising it is normal. the fetal pole may not appear until after 6 weeks.

Early scan: Since your dating scan was so early are you already scheduled for a repeat scan? If not ask for one, for reassurance, as well as dating of the pregnancy. HCG levels should double every two days.
