CT abd w & wo showed usual focal fatty liver infiltration of liver parenchyma in the left lobe, enlongated right hepatic lobe as well as subcentimeter hypodensity of the right liver lobe. Findings were not incidental. Symptomatic. Reason for concern?
If non-contrast CT="Promnant RT hemidiaphragm eventration. RT upper lobe of liver is a 20mm ill-defined hypodensity," why does Non-Contrst MRI="linear low signal in RT lobe, likely fibrosis/scarring," not mention the 20mm finding? Can MRI not see it?
