Adhesions: You may have adhesions under the old surface scar, in which intra-abdominal structure "stick & pull" under the scar. Ask your MD to evaluate your abdomen by examination to possibly confirm or not. Sometimes, adhesions can only be seen by further surgery such as Laparoscopy but can also be reduced by the same.
