Post c-section: Yes. It is very normal to have a pulling sensation from scar tissue . It is fleeting and some ibuprofen can relieve any achiness

Scar tissue: The pain that you may be experiencing may be due to scar tissue formation - adhesions. Hopeful with time, the pain will decrease.
