Could be adhesions: May be you adhesion are forming or a hernia and see your surgeon.

Unclear: That is nonspecific, and doesn't sound dangerous. It could be a small "epigastric" hernia, or could be a hernia related to one of the incisions from you gallbladder operation. Start out with a physical from you primary care provider.
