Vaso vagal reaction: The blood elements that you had removed are not enough to cause what you have described. You had a vaso-vagal reaction which is a nervous and blood vessel reaction to the stress/fear/etc. of the procedure to tap your bloodstream. This is rarely harmful unless the fall is in a situation that could harm you.
