If cymbalta (duloxetine) is not known for raising bp can it be a symptom of a reaction to cymbalta (duloxetine) along with nausea, dilated pupils, feeling of being buzzed?

Actually it can: Since Cymbalta (duloxetine) increases norepinephrine- it can actually cause increased blood pressure and all the symptoms you describe. If you take stimulants- you can have addition catecholamine response. Take care.
