Nothing: The only thing that would happen is that you will feel uncomfortable. Your worry about vomiting and having a panic attack is most likely contributing to your anxiety about it. Try allowing yourself to accept that vomiting is ok even though you may not like. You don't have to like vomiting to allow it to be ok. Try removing any judgemental thoughts about it which likely increase your anxiety.
