Anxiety disorder: You could have a type of anxiety disorder, and need a comprehensive assessment with your primary care doctor first. If no overarching physical health problems are found, you need to consult with a psychiatrist about your panic attacks. These are really very treatable. Suffering with these for 2 years is far too long -- and unnecessary to boot. Best wishes.
