Likely simple issue: If you have menstrual flow as expected we know you have the parts, and an opening or openings in the hymen (door entering vagina).Some women have a thickened hymen and narrow opening that would obstruct anything trying to enter.This can be confirmed by exam and fixed in a simple procedure done by the OBGYN.
