Few days ago, i woke up with neck pain/stiffness. symptoms relieved after a couple days. now i woke up with pain at the center base of my right palm.

Not sure the events: are related, but pain in the neck followed by pain/weakness of a limb is never a good thing... if they are connected. Or they may be completely random, separate things.
